"I wanted a course to give me credibility as a coach. However, I have learned a lot more from the course in terms of being a confident coach and how to trust myself. So although the tools will be very useful they are the secondary thing I am taking from the course. This has been the best program I have taken in teaching me to trust that I will am good enough where I am now and to take imperfect action. My coaching skills have improved and I have developed my own style combining the time coach way and my personal style. I am able to coach in less time and be confident that I can handle whatever comes up in a session. During certification I coached over 5 clients!"
